All sales are final and as is. There are no refunds or exchanges. We do our best to fully detail and photograph any damages in the listings and measure everything. If you feel as if something has been misrepresented you are welcome to open a case with us.

All merchandise is second hand and when pieces are described as in "excellent condition" this means excellent second hand condition. Excellent condition means no major damages or aesthetic defects, not that something will be like new. It is the responsibility of the customer to review all photographs and details of the listing regarding the condition.
